My brother Donnie has just finished his really cool book and cd.It has alot of Native stories handed down from generation to generation,grandfather telling grandson,and so on,untill my brother Donnie got the Idea that he should share this knowledge with other peoples,peoples that are HIV+,and thats me Joey gough,hiv+,hepc+among other things.so folks stay tuned,there is some good stuff coming this way!peace and happiness to all! 

Just for Today!

Well today i recieved an e-mail from my russian princess,Elena,and she has finaly asked for money.We have been writing each other back and forth for 6 months now and she types out 3 lines asking for 300.I have made it a point of NEVER doing ANY buisness over the web or net.I will never send money either,or buy something from this new "marvel of Technology".I am kinda bummed out as i didnt think she was like that,you know ,the kind of woman that asks a man for cash at the drop of a hat, or the ol "i love you" and give me some money now! I do not know why i seem to attract these kind of girls,some of them might be genuine,but not many.But i thought we (elena and me) had something more then that.Well chalk up another broken heart and another learning experence i guess eh.Things are nice and cool ,now that i have my A.C.(still have to block off the rest of the window though. 

bad news today

Well today i learned that my brothers son(kyle,8 yrs)found his mom hanging in the bedroom.also a friend in sudbury,john=superman,has also done himself in.suicide seems to be popular last wek-end,wonder if there was a full moon?it was nice out today ,but a little too hot for me.the sun can trigger a propheria attack and they are very painfull,stress also.I also learned that a friend of mine Arron raymond,has been charged with murder 1,and attempted murder.Something told me to go visit him and so i did,he is keeping his head straight for the prelim this week to be held in sudbury.it was good to talk to him.he is avoiding his family,as he says that it makes his time harder when they came to visit him so he stopped those visits.I pray for him and hope it all works out ok.I remember wheni was inside on the same charges(m2)so i know how it feels to just sit and get no visits.it sucks really.well fellow bloggers ,keep on bloggin eh,oh and the oilers won tonight keeping their play-offs hopes up.GO OILERS!!!!!!!!!YAAAAAY!!well nity nite all,and peace eh!

Just for today I am gratefull for being free,as i surf on the web,soaring gleefully,i came upon your site,actually by mistake,so,have no fear of getting near,although sometimes,i am a flake,but one thing i promise you ,your heart i will not break!but life is life it's not allways easy please make no mistake,it sometimes rough and sometimes wild,it's really quit a ride,so come to me,for eternity,and together we will roam,untill we decide to make our house,a happy,but humble home.

Montel williams joins fight for medical pot~legelize!

I seen the story about Montel Williams joining the fight for legelized medical marijuana,and he gets my vote,as i have hiv and epilepsy,i find that smoking pot actualy works well for me,it gives me an appetite which i dont have if i dont smoke.If i dont smoke i dont eat,its that simple.The Canadian Gov. should have done this long ago but is constantly under U.S.pressure to keep up the war on our own families and loved ones.when is this Bullsh_t gonna stop??we,peoples with HIV,need easier access to medical Pot.Ifit was legelized or decriminalized,alot of crime would cease,why dont they legelize pot and collect the taxes off of it,going directly to healthcare>this would make sence to me as well as thousands of other peoples!have a good day all,peace!
